Official Rules for the “Sona Jewelers Golden Diwali Giveaway 2024”

Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on September 27th, 2024, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on November 3rd, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility:
The “Sona Jewelers Golden Diwali Giveaway 2024” is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age. Employees of Sona Jewelers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members include spouses, children, siblings, and parents of Sona Jewelers’ employees.

Agreement to Official Rules:
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sona Jewelers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sona Jewelers reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who, in its sole discretion, is found to be out of compliance with these Official Rules.

Entry Methods:

• Purchase Entry: Customers who make any purchase of jewelry at Sona Jewelers between September 27th and November 3rd, 2024, will receive a giveaway coupon. Purchases of all jewelry items are eligible.
• Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, send a standard-sized postcard with your name, address, phone number, and email address to Sona Jewelers, 6 Marconi Ave, Iselin, New Jersey, 08830. All AMOE entries must be postmarked by October 28th, 2024, and received by November 3rd, 2024. Each postcard counts as one entry into the giveaway. Limit one AMOE entry per person. AMOE entries will have the same chance of winning as entries received through purchases.

Prize Details:

• First Prize: A 100-gram 24-carat gold bar worth over $8,000.
• Second Prize: A $5,000 Delta Airlines voucher.
• Third Prize: A $2,500 Sona Jewelers gift card.

Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected through a random digital drawing within one week of the Giveaway’s end. Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within five days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Claim:
Winners must claim their prizes in person at Sona Jewelers, 6 Marconi Ave, Iselin, NJ 08830. The winner must present a valid photo ID for prize redemption. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Publicity and Communication:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Sona Jewelers’ use of their name, prize information, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and other details for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions:
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sona Jewelers reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules or that attempt to tamper with the giveaway. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sona Jewelers.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with absolutely no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, by Sona Jewelers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sona Jewelers disclaims any and all representations and warranties in connection with this Giveaway and any prize. Sona Jewelers is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the prize or participation in the Giveaway.

Modification and Cancellation:
Sona Jewelers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time, for any reason, including if the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the giveaway is compromised.

Governing Law:
The laws of the state of New Jersey govern the Giveaway. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court within the state.

Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Additional Terms: Winner’s Participation in Physical and Social Media Events

• Winner’s Participation: The winners will be requested to participate in different events, which may include both physical and social media events set by Sona Jewelers.
• Types of Events: Physical events may include but are not limited to, in-store events, promotional events, or other physical gatherings organized by Sona Jewelers. Social media events may include but are not limited to, live streams, social media takeovers, contests, and other promotional activities conducted on Sona Jewelers’ official social media platforms.
• Event Costs: Sona Jewelers will cover reasonable costs associated with these events, such as travel expenses (if the participant lives 500 miles away and is able to prove it) and promotional materials.

Documents and Paperwork
The winner of the giveaway must provide the following paperwork before receiving the prize:

• Full name and mailing address
• Social Security Number
• A copy of your driver’s license

Compliance and Timely Submission of Information and Documents:
Participants must submit all requested information and documents within five (5) days of being notified as a winner. This is essential for the timely processing of prizes and to ensure adherence to the giveaway rules. In cases of delay or anticipated delay in providing the necessary details and documents, participants are encouraged to communicate with Sona Jewelers promptly.

Failure to Provide Required Documentation:

Participants who fail to provide necessary documentation or information forfeit all rights to claim the prize. By entering the giveaway, participants waive all rights to contest their disqualification for incomplete or delayed provision of information and documentation.
